What you will be doing
Harlequins Games have been around for over 10 years serving the community. We’re proud to announce that we’re a real living wage employer. There are tonnes of benefits as well, explained during the interview!

- Taking the time to explain products and help newcomers feel comfortable.
- Processing sales and payments accurately.
- Replenishing stock, assiting with deliveries and keeping displays organised.
- Keeping the shop and gaming areas clean, tidy and inviting.
- Helping prepare for and support in-store gaming sessions and events.
- Communicating clearly with colleagues, providing thorough handovers and raising issues promptly.
- Following store procedures consistently, including those covering payments, stock, security, events and opening or closing duties.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of at least one trading card game plus some knowledge of board games, D&D or miniatures games such as Warhammer 40,000

- Strong communication skills, reliability and good timekeeping.
- The ability to stay organised and work accurately when several things need attention.
- A willingness to learn about unfamiliar games and products.
- The ability to follow established procedures precisely, take direction and ask for clarification when unsure.
There are many moving parts to running our store. Clear communication and consistent adherence to our procedures are essential to keeping things running smoothly.
